Wow Now Inc. reserves the right, without further notice, to refuse to do business with any customer. Wow Now Inc. reserves the right to verify personal information and to make changes to the order such as adjusting taxes based on residence address, conversion rate based on country of purchase or interest rate based on payment method selected.

By agreeing to order via our website, your name and e-mail address will automatically be added to our free e-mail list, which also contains commercial offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking at the bottom of the e-mail. In addition, if you wish, you can send a request to [email protected] to have your personal information removed from our database. It is very important to note that if you become a Wow Now Inc. customer through one of our subscriptions and unsubscribe from our email list, you will no longer have access to our communications and your service, as our system will no longer recognize your membership without your email address.

Satisfaction guarantee – Online web programs

All our online training programs are covered by a trial satisfaction guarantee, via a date that is always indicated on the offer page in each of our promotions, with the exception of VIP Circle of Excellence support.

So, in concrete terms, the ZEROLIMITE Academy always offers a trial guarantee of at least 14 days (sometimes more, depending on the promotion) after your first payment, and at the end of this guarantee, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your investment (whether you’ve chosen to pay in a single payment or in several payments), and the teachings don’t suit you, simply write to us at [email protected] during your guarantee period and we’ll give you your money back.

We really are here to help you progress. After this guarantee period, your membership or payments made are non-refundable, although you can always terminate your payments if you have joined via multiple payment methods. Of course, it’s understood here that if you end your payments, you’ll automatically lose access to the training, just like a gym membership or a subscription service like Netflix, for example.

When you register for one of our online programs, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that all your information is true (name, payment information).

Commitment to pay for your training

You agree to pay all payments you choose to make through your membership, if any. If you stop making payments to your membership, Wow Now Inc. will block access to the program in question. If you ever wish to resume after having stopped your payments, simply write to [email protected] and a member of our team will contact you to arrange further payments. Once payments have been re-established, the user will regain access to their program without any problems. If no arrangements are made, you will lose access to your membership.

Your access is for single use only

Your subscription is for your personal use only. You may not transfer it to a third party for their use. Distribution of your account name, password or online program videos may result in cancellation of your program without refund. Additional charges may apply for unauthorized use. For security reasons, your username and password must remain confidential and can only be used by you. We recommend that you change them regularly. You are solely responsible for any use or misuse of your username and password, and for all activities carried out under them. If you suspect that the security of your username or password has been compromised, it is important that you notify Wow Now Inc. immediately. Wow Now Inc. is under no obligation to verify the identity or authority of the user of any username or password.

If you stop your payments

In the case of the ZEROLIMITE Academy, if you stop making your membership payments, in addition to losing access to modules, coaching sessions and other elements, you will also lose access to the Elementor Web license that is offered when you are a member of the ZEROLIMITE Academy, as well as your access to live events and the AZ community group on Facebook or on the portal.

Meaning of “Lifetime access”

Since 2012, Wow Now Inc. has mentioned that its online training products, once customers have paid their subscription in full, are accessible “for life”. By this, customers should understand that this does not include:

• If the founder of Académie ZÉROLIMITE dies or is no longer able to provide the training during his lifetime for health reasons or other circumstances preventing him from doing so, the program will obviously cease to exist. In such an event, you will be informed by Wow Now Inc. (by email) of the possibility of downloading all videos free of charge for personal preservation, but the estate of Académie ZÉROLIMITE founder Martin Latulippe will in no way be responsible for keeping access to the training open, operational and up-to-date forever.

• If the founder of ZÉROLIMITE Academy decides to revise the training free of charge for the benefit of students (updates, improvements, new software, etc.), for which you don’t have to pay any additional fees, as promised at the time of your membership and since 2012, you understand that your “lifetime” access to the old version will automatically become access to the new, updated platform. It’s important to understand this, because if such a situation occurs, Wow Now Inc. is not obliged to transfer all old videos, modules, coaching sessions, Q&A sessions, etc. from the old platform. Much of this content will be considered obsolete, and it will be understood that some content is no longer relevant. Should such a situation arise, Wow Now Inc. will still grant its customers a six-month period to download free of charge any videos they wish to retain from the old platform. Otherwise, Wow Now Inc. undertakes to provide access to the new platform each time it updates the training, and to transfer what it considers still relevant.

• If you have purchased, for example, a product that is no longer available on the Wow Now Inc. market, such as “The Best Year of Your Life” (GIVE) or the Institute of Applied Neuroscience of Canada, you understand that if the founder of Wow Now Inc. passes away or decides to change the training platform for improvement, the mention “for life” means that you will have six months to download the videos for personal use or that the training videos will be transferred to the new platform, where you will still have access. At no time will you lose a training course for which you have paid, but which is no longer marketed by Wow Now Inc.

Meaning of updates

Regarding training updates, Wow Now Inc. has made five free updates to its ZEROLIMITE Academy training since 2012, without charging any additional fees to its former customers, which is unusual. This in no way implies that Wow Now Inc. is obligated or required to always update its training. The Wow Now Inc. organization has acted in this way because of its values of generosity and mutual aid, but this does not mean that Wow Now Inc. must or will ever continue to offer free training updates for the happiness of its former customers. Absolutely not. Wow Now Inc. reserves the right to discontinue training updates at any time, without prior notice, or to charge a fee for a future version that could no longer logically be offered free of charge in perpetuity to thousands of customers.

Le Cercle d’Excellence VIP

Le Cercle d’Excellence VIP is a high-level business mentoring-coaching program in entrepreneurial development and Web marketing strategies. Your CEVIP membership is the only membership that gives you access to exclusive one-on-one coaching with Martin. This membership includes a series of twelve webinars, two three-day face-to-face immersions, twelve collective exchange sessions, access to a private group to network with other members, access to all Martin’s other events and to his coaching partners.

You agree to pay all payments you choose to make through your membership, if any. In the event of non-payment of your membership, Wow Now Inc. will block access to the program in question. A member of our team will contact you to arrange further payments. Once payments have been re-established, the user will regain access to their program. If no arrangements are made, you will lose access to your membership.

GIVE/Académie ZÉROLIMITE bonus

You may have received one of Wow Now Inc.’s programs as a bonus (free of charge) through one of its partner/affiliate promotions. GIVE (formerly LA MEILLEURE ANNÉE DE VOTRE VIE) is a training program that is often offered as a gift via promotions, and in rare cases, you may have gained access to our flagship training program, the Académie ZÉROLIMITE.

If this is the case, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and access to your gift 30 days after the partner’s guarantee period.

Wow Now Inc. reserves the right to suspend your access at any time, even if you have obtained your bonus membership, in the event of non-compliance with our training code of ethics. Otherwise, the “lifetime” policies as well as the updates for the bonus trainings you have obtained apply as previously stated in the “Meaning of Lifetime Access” and “Meaning of Updates” sections.

Force majeure

Wow Now Inc. will not be liable for the non-performance, in whole or in part, of any of its obligations to you, nor for any damages or losses you may suffer, if the non-performance, damages or losses result from an event of force majeure or a circumstance beyond its control.

Responsability

Your use of our site is at your own risk. Wow Now Inc. cannot make any warranties with respect to its website. Many factors beyond Wow Now Inc.’s control may affect the operation of the site.
